- Painting & Decorating £30.00 per hour
- Roofline £70.00 per hour
- Brick Works £40.00 per hour
- Gardening £35.00 per hour
- Handyman £35.00 per hour
- Plus vat, mileage at 0.40p and any parts required.
- Out of hours emergency call out charge £100.00 OOH are between 6pm – 7am Monday – Saturday / all day Sunday
Annual Service Contract fee £900 per property:
- First 8 hours of works included
- No emergency call out charges
- No mileage charges
- 12.5% discount on hourly rate tariffs
- All parts are supplied and charged at cost price.
